Psychotherapy for Individuals, Couples, & Groups
About Me
I’m a licensed psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, and groups in New York City. My office is located in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, and I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
I work with people who want to better understand themselves and their relationships, navigate life transitions, and feel more connected and seen in the world. Many clients come to explore challenges with friendships, romantic relationships, family dynamics, identity, or coping with anxiety, stress, or disordered eating.
I have extensive experience working with young adults, teenagers, students, adults, and couples. In my work, I aim to create a safe and containing space where people can explore their thoughts and feelings, try out new ways of relating, and develop a deeper awareness of who they are.
Services
Individual Therapy
Many challenges don’t have simple solutions. In individual therapy, we explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, uncovering patterns that quietly shape your life choices and relationships. Together, we reflect on recurring challenges, explore what often goes unnoticed beneath the surface, finding ways to approach old patterns differently. I offer a safe environment to fully express emotions, deepen understanding, and uncover possibilities for your life that you might not yet see.
Couples Therapy
Even strong relationships can fall into cycles of miscommunication or recurring conflict. In couples therapy, we explore patterns, reflect on each partner’s contributions, and practice and experiment with new approaches to old dynamics. Together, we help develop a conscious relationship, where partners gain insight into how they influence interactions and conflicts. This allows couples to build a relationship that reflects each partner’s values, needs, and desires.
Group Therapy
Relationships shape much of our lives, yet patterns often go unnoticed until reflected back by others. In group therapy, we explore how you relate to others, practice new ways of connecting, and learn from shared experiences. The group helps members gain insight into recurring dynamics, build resilience, and experiment with new ways of interacting. Over time, participants often feel more seen, understood, and confident in relationships both inside and outside the group.
